I’ve noticed that most of the people who wants to lose weight go mislead by seeing advertisement which gives false promises. After seeing the advertisements people sets unrealistic goals and when their goals are not achieved they got frustrated. I totally agree with your point that our goal of losing weight must be Smart i.e. it should be Specific, Measurable, Achievable ,Realistic and Timely.
